Wood, steel and brass
A solid wooden frame keeps the steel strings taut and true, cut after cut. The wires give each strand a square, slightly rough edge, so the sauce clings instead of sliding to the bottom of the bowl. The cutter wheel's brass blade stays sharp for years.

Returns

Items must be unused and in their original condition, and return shipping is at your expense. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
Care
Hand wash the frame and dry it straight away; don't soak it or put it in the dishwasher. An occasional wipe with food-safe mineral oil keeps the wood conditioned.
