From a customer
“The brass pasta cutter arrived in excellent condition and works wonderfully!”
Arif, Malaysia
Striped agnolotti del plin, cut with the brass cutter wheel in this bundle.
Why brass
Brass is the traditional choice for Italian pasta tools. It cuts cleanly, stands up to water, wear and heat, and keeps its edge for years. The wooden handle sits comfortably in your hand. The ferretto's square base gives a secure grip while you roll.
